Yep, our little man is just one month away from his very first birthday!!
He is getting such the little personality! He loves to play with Lucy and most of all to climb. He will climb anything - stairs, onto beds, on chairs, and his favorite - onto Lucy's 2 step stool.
We have her stool in the bathroom at the sink so she can wash her hands and he loves to climb up it and then laugh and celebrate at his reflection in the mirror. I can almost hear him saying, "Wow! Look what I did! Man, I am so cool!"
He eats everything we eat and his favorite foods at the moment are strawberries and bananas.
No new teeth yet - but some swollen gums. He had a yucky virus for about a week with fevers around 104 :(.
When we took him in to get checked out while he was sick he got weighed - 22 pounds 6 ounces. He's only 2 pounds 3 ounces more than he was at 4 months! Why? Because all this little boy does is move! Good luck trying to change his diaper or get him dressed!
Lying on his back is torture - as is being put in his car seat. But my favorite thing about Sammy right now? That adorable toothy grin! :)
Oh, and I know this is a post about Sammy but if I have the camera out and Lucy is around, I have to take pics of her too :).
