Eliza 10 Months Old

This little cutie is 10 months old already!

Eliza is probably the happiest baby I've ever met. She is almost always smiling or laughing.

The only times she really gets upset are when we leave her to go to sleep ("Hey guys! I'm not done playing yet!") or when she's hungry and we aren't getting food to her quick enough.

She puts basically everything in her mouth now and loves when it's food. Her favorite at the moment is bananas. You get a banana out and she will demand you give her some!

She's got two little chompers now to help her with all that yummy goodness too! The bottom middle two teeth came in this month and the top middle two are so close! It's made for a few rough nights, but nothing too terrible.

She had her 9 month appointment in the middle of the month and she weighed in at 19 lbs 4 oz (51%) and just over 26 inches tall (9%). We've never had a kid in that low of a percentile! So she's pretty average weight-wise but she's such a shorty that she still looks cute and chubby! :)

She's a pro at crawling now. She will occasionally crawl the traditional way but she usually army crawls. I call her my little sea turtle when she does that because she looks like a little baby sea turtle heading out to sea.

Eliza is incredibly curious and manages to find every little tiny thing on the floor. It's her special talent.

And she's constantly moving!

In fact, I had to include this picture because it shows just how much she loves to move. This is the only way I could get her to stay on her back for even a few seconds to shoot the picture below.

You can imagine how fun diaper changes are!
