I came back from girls camp to new carpet! We had arranged for it to get installed about a week into August but an opening came up and he took care of it. He's pretty amazing like that. :)
Our peach tree did great this year and they were so, so yummy!
It's small enough still that we don't get enough to preserve as well as enjoy fresh but we will!
We shared a few with friends, made a cobbler, and enjoyed the rest!

For the past few years we've taken the kids to one movie every summer. This year we went to see Inside Out. The movie was adorable and the kids did awesome! This was the first year they all sat through the entire thing.
Rest time inside a giant box house. :)
Playing Daddy's music game.
We started dates back up with the kids and I got to take Sammy.
He picked Discovery Gateway and had a fabulous time.
After we played, we had dinner at the food court.
And ice cream, of course!

Family game night
Enjoying the sun!
Found the kids in the basement "mattress sliding" one morning!
We participated in a program called Play Unplugged this summer and had a great time playing and getting the badges. This is a pic at the Conservancy Garden Park.
One day I went to wash Eliza's hands and she had so much fun playing with the water, I just let her. An hour and a half later...
We had a book club BBQ with our families and these are 28 of our 32 kids! Wow!
And here are the lovely ladies of the BBB!
The next day we went to a potluck for Manda and Drew. They are moving to Yakima, WA and will be missed!
Playing at the park on a Sunday afternoon.
I love having the park just down the street!

Nana Manwill started doing piano lessons with the kids. Here they are learning the names of the keys.
Playing a board game with Sam on the back deck. I love his expression in the picture!
The district did a fun activity for Play Unplugged participants.
Unfortunately, I managed to catch a cold but Spencer took them.
They had a lot of fun!
The next day Lucy invited her brother and sister to go on her date with Daddy, while Mommy slept the day away. They went bowling. :)
