Most years on our anniversary, we got out to dinner and walk around Temple Square. This year, we decided to mix it up just a little.
Spencer took the day off and his mom watched the younger kids while we had a relaxing anniversary lunch out.
Then that evening, we took the kids with us to see the lights at Temple Square. Once downtown, we stopped at the Deseret Book, where they had this cute nativity set up with costumes for the kids. They loved it!
We watched the nativity program and took in all the lights.
Temple Square really is so beautiful at Christmas!

It was a late night for the kids but they (and we!) had so much fun!
