Everyday Moments February 2016

Snuggling with Tippy in Mom's "nest" pillow.

Working on his 100 Days of School shirt. There are 50 light sabers and 50 Lego's on his shirt - two of his favorite things. :)

The world's most patient cat!

Smoothies require straws :)

Parent Teacher Conferences mean at least one meal out!

Funny girls!

Valentine's Day boxes.

Did a Norwex party for my friend Katie and ended up with over $400 of free stuff!

Took the kids to see the new Provo City Center Temple.

It was beautiful inside and out!

After the tour, Spencer took us to see his Alma Mater - BYU - and we had lunch with the kids there.

Saw this in the faculty room at school and had to snap a pic!

Selfie!

Fun at the Jordan Parkway!

Barely warm enough to play outside, but we'll take it!

My handsome man and I!

Lucy's the horsie!

Now Eliza's turn!

Everyday Moments January 2016

There's nothing quite as fun as a giant cardboard box!

Making cookies with Mom.

Such big helpers!

This is definitely an "everyday" moment! lol!

Fun at the Dinosaur Museum!

Sand? Water? Yes, please!

Spencer and I finally saw the new Star Wars movie. It was awesome!

Weird story: One afternoon in January, I heard a helicopter overhead that didn't go away. I went outside and it was circling over our neighborhood.

Looked out the back window to find the road behind us closed and full of emergency vehicles. After freaking out a bit and doing some research online, found out the helicopter was a news copter and there was an incident at the Public Safety Building behind our house. Some pissed off guy had run his RV through the front doors! Crazy!

She loves looking at herself in the mirror!

Lunch at Costco!

Playing in the snow!

The kids built little slides on the pile of snow left by the plows.

The snowman took most of the snow in our yard but it sure turned out cute!

Little Miss is trying to give up naps but she usually succumbs in the car.

Family game night!

Everyday Moments December 2015

One afternoon, Sammy and I drew gingerbread people versions of each other. It was adorable and fun!

This little girl loves to put away the silverware. I wonder how long that'll last...

Matching bandaids!

One of her favorite places to play - in the sink with the water!

Both of Lucy's Reflections entries went on to the Council level and they both won awards at the council level which means she moved onto the region (school district) level.

Proud of my creative girl!

hanging out with the cousins!

Sure love these munchkins!

Got enough snow to go sledding! Daddy took the kids to the park while Mom rested.

Some jerk hit and run our car while it was parked in front of our house during a snowstorm.

The repairs ended up at about $1800, most of which our insurance covered but it set us back $400, right before Christmas. Needless to say, we weren't terribly happy about the situation.

Lucy sharing a Christmas present with her little sister. They had lots of fun making sand art together.
