During our Fall Break this year, we decided to go visit Grandma and Grandpa Mac down in Minersville.
We arrived Thursday afternoon and played croquet and then Spencer took the kids over to the park to play while I visited with my grandparents.
He got some really fun pictures of the kids while they were there. ;)
The next day we took a little trip down through Cedar City.
We went past the new temple site and through town, then up to Cedar Breaks National Monument.
It was pretty but cold and windy!
It's over 10,000 feet at the top!
The clouds were amazing!
On our way back home, we stopped at the Parowan Gap Petroglyphs.
We had some lunch and looked at all the drawings.
It was much warmer off the mountain!
Saturday morning we carved pumpkins.
We used stencils for the first time.
The kids needed convincing to put their hands inside the pumpkin!
The finished creations!
Eliza made a cat, Lucy picked an owl, and Sammy picked a ghost. We had a great, relaxing time visiting. :)
